In this rapidly changing coronavirus world we thought it would be useful to keep our customers informed of what we are doing and how the measures we have implemented, have been working in practice.
All of our sweeps are now open for business and are taking bookings from customers old and new.
Some of our work (on roofs) has been barely affected, as this can be carried out with no contact from customers at all.
Working in customers’ homes however has been more challenging and we have therefore adopted a range of measures, including:
Minimising any physical contact with the customer's property
Social distancing at all times including on receipt of payment and issuing of certificate of sweeping
Use of appropriate PPE including face masks, gloves etc.
Sanitising of equipment where appropriate
Sweeps have carried out appropriate online training
We would like to thank all our customers for their cooperation in maintaining social distancing and following the other advice that we have provided.
